All orders are dispatched via a cost-saving API, ensuring you get the best shipping deal. All viable shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout.

Shipping costs for each country will be clearly displayed during checkout. Tracking details are emailed to the address provided.

Please be sure to check all entered shipping information before completing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any complications that arise from wrongly entered information.

Operating hours are 8.30-5.30pm ( Friday 5pm ) weekdays. Most orders made before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, although please allow for exceptions.

Tenura are closed on most national holidays. In this instance any orders received on that day or after cut off on the previous day will be dispatched on the following working day after the holiday.
