Description

Tenura silicone anti-slip grip strips and rolls offer a DIY alternative to the manufactured range and provide bespoke solutions to grip issues. It can be easily moulded or wrapped around objects and handles etc. as well as used flat in a serving tray or on wheelchair footplates. Because it is thin and flexible it can also be successfully used as an unobtrusive drawer or shelf liner.

By design, Tenura silicone can withstand temperatures up to 250°C, making the silicone safe to wash with hot soapy water or in a dishwasher. This heat resistance means you can use the grips rolls as a trivet to place hot pans on during cooking, with no worry that the grip roll will melt. The material is even safe for microwave use.

The antimicrobial treatment means that bacteria and other germs can’t harbour on the silicone’s surface, making the grip material suitable for use in areas where high levels of hygiene are required, like clinics or kitchens. We don’t use cost-savings chemicals at Tenura, which means no phthalate plasticisers or latex. The Tenura silicone range uses 100% non-toxic silicone.
